Need To Make A Return?

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your EllaB & Co Boutique goods, we will gladly issue a store credit of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase date, shipping cost is non-returnable. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All store credits will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
    • Items within our Sale category 
    • Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, and Jewelry
    • Hats and Beanies
    • Any items marked 30% off or more at time of sale
    • Gift cards
  • Please know that we are a small business and every single item counts and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.
    The customer is responsible for return shipping and are responsible wholly for tracking.
There are Two Ways to Send a Return:
    • Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below) -or-
    • Submit a return request (through the Returns Link  and you will have the option to conveniently drop off at any postal service location or ups location. 
    • Return for Store Credit:
      • Must be postmarked or dropped off at the service you choose within 14 days of the order fulfillment date
      • There will not be any processing fees associated with returns for store credit
    • Return for an Exchange:
    • Must be postmarked or dropped off at service you choose within 14 days of the order fulfillment date.
    • Exchanges can only be made through the Returns Portal.
    • Exchanges are available if our inventory has a sufficient supply left in-stock. If in the case we will reach out to you for a different replacement or issue store credit.
  • Currently, returns from multiple orders cannot be combined into one return package.
  • If you are returning multiple items from different orders, we would recommend following our Manual Returns process listed below.
Manually Mailing a Return
    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
    • Return for store credit must be postmarked within 14 days of the order fulfillment date.
    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $6 up to $40 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).
  • If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
    • Returns postmarked after 14 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater
    • Returns that are postmarked after 14 days of the order fulfillment date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
  • EllaB & Co Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
    If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer. 
  • The return total will be credited back to a EllaB & Co Boutique Gift Card, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for EllaB & Co. to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. EllaB & Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
